The Strathalbyn Lunch Stop and Town Stage debuted in the Shannons Adelaide Rally in 2023, proving a huge hit with the locals and visitors alike.

The Shannons Adelaide Rally returns to Strathalbyn with double the excitement, with two runs through the town stage. Following on from the Strathalbyn Lunch Stop adjacent to the Soldiers Memorial Garden, the full rally field will take to the town streets for the two stages. 

 

The stage starts on Catherine Street, turning onto Donald Street and Rankine Street before Sunter Street, crossing the St. Andrews Bridge before the stage finish.

 

Spectator points will feature across the stage for the free community event. Strathalbyn is home to the Gilbert’s Motor Museum (with half price entry on the day), Collectable Classics & Complete Auto Solutions, Strathalbyn Auto Collectors Club, Ken Blake Memorial Statue and more. 

 

Enjoy a day out in Strathalbyn with the SteamRanger Heritage Railway running services to and from the town, with plenty to see and day across the day.
